CASUAL MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

Napier Urgent Care is looking for a well organised and detail-oriented casual receptionist with a warm and cheerful personality to join our friendly team.

The position is a multi-tasking role which includes providing a welcoming face for the organisation, excellent telephone and customer service skills as well as a broad range of administrative duties.

Responsibilities include booking patients in at reception, associated clerical work, answering telephone calls, invoicing, receiving payments, general office duties, and assisting in the smooth running of the centre.  We need a quick learner who adapts easily to change.

The essentials for this position include exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills, in an often-high pressure environment, accurate data entry, attention to detail, flexibility in working hours and the ability to work both autonomously and cohesively as part of a team.  Experience with Evolution software is preferred.

As a casual receptionist you may be required to work revolving shifts including daytime, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays between the hours of 7.45am and 8:15pm.
