- Funded options may be available for some patients, depending on eligibility criteria and triage assessment.
- Our reception and nursing team will be able to advise you.
Napier Urgent Care is an independent service.
As we do not receive the same funding as enrolled GP practices, or hospital-based services, our co-payments are different and may be higher.
Notice of Fee Change for Patients Under 14
From 2 February 2026, there will be a change to the fees charged for patients under the age of 14.
Historically, there has been no charge for patients under the age of 14, as we have received funding support from HHB PHO. Due to changes in funding arrangements, we are no longer able to offer fully funded medical services for patients under 14 during weekday hours between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
All services for patients under 14 will remain fully funded (no charge) during the following times:
Weeknights from 5.00pm to 8.00pm
Weekends and public holidays
